We are an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company and we strongly believe in maintaining Quality in our work at all stages of Production during fabrication of different equipment at our Workshop as well as during Erection & Commissioning of different Plants.

Our organization strives to maintain the standards set by our QMS (Quality Management System) team in all its business operations. In order to ensure that the Plants and related products installed at the site are of premium quality, we are equipped with separate team of well-trained and experienced Quality Control Engineers for Workshop and Site Jobs. We make sure at the Design level itself that design of Plant is complete with all the required detail so that there is no problem at the time of execution.

Our Quality Control Department maintains Quality Check starting from Raw Material procured to the finished Product Inspection before dispatch in following Stages:

Raw Material Inspection

Our Quality Control team inspect the raw material procured before releasing them for fabrication or for further process as applicable. Traceability of Raw Material is maintained through proper marking and recording during Material Identification stage of the raw material as per ASME Section VIII Div.-1 (Latest Edition). Whenever needed, check test of the Raw Material is carried out to ensure that Material received is as per required Material Specification. Only after the endorsement from Quality Control unit, our team uses them for production.

In-Process Inspection

Q.C. team carry out stage Inspections of items under fabrication on regular basis as per our Internal Testing Plan (ITP) and covers all the stages of fabrication from fit-up stage to final inspection in order to ensure that Vessels are strictly fabricated as per ASME Section VIII Div.-1 (Latest Edition) or as per other Standards if applicable.

Quality Control team ensures that Welders weld as per applicable Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) for the particular job and only Tested and Qualified Welders as per ASME Section – IX are permitted to attend the welding of job.

Final Stage Inspection

Final Stage inspection is actually Pre dispatch Inspection which is carried out with Final Dimensional Check, Leakage Test and Operational Test etc. as per our Internal Testing Plan (ITP). All the Items are visually inspected for Quality & Completeness of the job by our Q.C. team as per (Article 9) of ASME, Section–V. We also have facilities for other Non-Destructive Testing like Liquid Penetrant Examination (PT), Radiography Test (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) etc. which are used as per code requirement or as per Client request.
